A Electronic Device for Ticket Checker( For RAILWAY Purpose)

When i heard about the every has to carry their identity proof while traveling through train. so the same time i thought about the TC(Ticket Checker). As we know we are running more fast and making our life very easier and the things in our mobile. To day we are rich in IT Industry, so railway ministry also think about what i telling? it is a device which can be used by TC while he is on train. That device is similar to mobile device which have the following capability:
1: To all passenger details at a time of current train.
2: TC can know about the passenger details.
3: TC can know exact status of each seat in the train.
4: TC can know the PNR status on the spot.
5: TC can mark the status of seat whether it is vacant or allocated to some one. so that the government know the how much seat is given while on way of train.
6: This will better for government and TC management of trains and cash.
7: Pass anger can ask about waiting status, RAC status or confirmed status.
8: if seats are vacant that can also filled very efficient manner.
9: TC will have carry less document. or it may reduce the paper work in age of IT and telecommunication industry.
10: This device has distribute to each TC.

***Device should have a software running and connected to IRCTC database through internet or gprs****

Pre Paid Plan for Electric Meter

Hello,

This is just a thought that i have in my mind. Let me explain what is this?
It is similar to my phone like if i recharge with Rs. 50 and i got talk time of Rs. 50 same in the electronic meter if you recharge with Rs. 2000 you may use the electricity of few unit(value of Rs. 2000).
